I was invited by Lynn Beun, a colleague from my year with the NHS to come along to the Crime Fiction U3A group and answer questions on The Detective’s Daughter It was upstairs at a pub in central Brighton. Slants of afternoon sunlight crossed the wood paneled walls, the perfect setting for a discussion on a crime novel.

The group had lots of ideas and thoughts about the first book in the ‘Stella/Jack’ series and I had a great time. Afterwards I signed books and chatted.with members.  I’ve been invited to their Christmas Party – Cocktails at the Grand. I’ll be there!
