I will be interviewed by Lisa Holloway, presenter of Brighton’s The Space at an evening hosted by the oldest writing group in the UK (founded in 1937). Lisa and I will discuss a number of topics including my use of place both in the past and the present, different themes in my novels: loss, class, relationships with family and in my new novel – published that day – The Detective’s Secret surveillance, and betrayal.
